Trainer Bio:
Adam Yeske is the founder of YESFit Inc. bringing a wealth of experience in health and wellness to the team. Before launching his company, Adam competed in elite-level team sports, honing his leadership, teamwork, and performance skills. He holds a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta, where he developed a deep passion for helping others reach their potential, in the gym and life in general.

Caylie is a passionate fitness professional committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all individuals, regardless of age or ability. With her HAES (Health-At-Every-Size) aligned approach, she aims to inspire others to embrace their unique fitness journey while fostering physical and mental well-being. Caylie’s coaching is rooted in kindness, encouragement, and a deep desire to make fitness accessible for everyone. ​​

Trainer Bio:
Dan Lajoie is one of the most influential strength and conditioning coaches in Western Canada possessing some of the most respected designations in the industry. Moreover Dan has a training resume that includes some of the highest level of competitors in Canada's National Olympic Programs and some athletes from top leagues around the world such as the NHL, AHL, CHL, NCAA, UFC, CFL, Bundesliga and more. Dans training philosophy is deeply rooted in evidence based approaches, using the science to create the most effective program for athletes of all backgrounds.

Doug MacLeod BPE, Personal Training Specialist
Trainer Bio:
Doug Macleod started his journey as a health and fitness educator by graduating from York University and receiving a Bachelors degree in Physical Education. Doug spent much of the next two decades in leadership roles at both Fitness World, Vancouver and World Health, Edmonton where he refined his approach to fitness instruction with countless hours of experience on the training floor. With a lifelong passion for sports and fitness, Doug intends to continue empowering others in reaching their fitness goals with an unwavering enthusiasm and work ethic unmatched in the industry.
